In my practice, I strive to go above and beyond to facilitate lasting benefits from massage with exceptionally detailed assessments before every session, a variety of deeply effective techniques, and ample time post-session to thoroughly discuss self-care options that will help sustain your healing process. I am experienced in basic Swedish and Deep Tissue, but also apply rejuvenating mobilization techniques and breathwork that are more engaging for the client and truly teach the mind and body to relax together. As a therapist, it is my goal to use this arsenal of techniques to design massages that are fully customized to each individual’s needs and preferences for the best possible results.
